Affirm & Adorn Self-Love Art Workshop:

Come join us for an exercise of connection, self-compassion, and empowerment!

This workshop is a safe, supportive space where we’ll explore the power of positive affirmations and body acceptance with a creative twist! Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence or simply need some time to nurture yourself, this event is for you!

Together, we’ll transform loving, affirming words from text into artwork (which you can take with you anywhere as a specially crafted canvas tote). You’ll leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, and surrounded by a circle of inspiring folks who are on the same journey of self-love and acceptance.

Meet the Host:

Delaney Taylor-Romyn is a creative and artistic mental health professional who has been working in the field of community-based mental health for 5+ years. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and incorporating creativity and opportunities for self-expression both in her daily life and in her work with clients. Delaney is currently training as an intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where she uses mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and empowerment-focused approaches to cheer on her clients as they pursue their goals.

Tickets are for one seat.

Tickets are $15.
