Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policies 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days for domestic, 30 calendar days for international, in which your item(s) was received. 
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which is was received and in original packaging.
Please include package slip, receipt, with proof of purchase with return. Please write the reason for return on original receipt.
Customer is responsible for postage costs for item(s) returned. 
Shipping charges are not refundable. 
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ITEMS THAT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURN INCLUDE: (due to COVID and no longer being able to prove unused items when returning we are no longer accepting returns on the following items due to sanitization reasons)
-Collaborations (i.e. Coffee Cozy, Lyn Artsy Earrings)

Exchange Policy

We do provide exchanges of clothing items due to incorrect size within 14 calendar days of item received. You MUST contact us within the 14 day period and return incorrect size item(s) in order to receive exchanged item. We do not cover shipping costs for sending item(s) back. Once the item has been sent, received and inspected, we will ship the new item.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday-Thursday are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days, please note orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week during our regular business hours.

We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. 

The Mint Sweater is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Please contact your local postal service for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. If the customer does not input the correct address or an error on the customers' part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again. If an error occurs on our part resulting in the packaging being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer. 


Once your item(s) has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, you will receive an email that your refund has been issued in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase. 

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.

All products are for personal use only.  All retail purchases are intended for personal use and are not to be resold.
